Hartford House is truly a delightful destination for families seeking both relaxation and adventure. During our recent stay, we were pleased to discover the hotel's extensive grounds, which provided ample space for our family to explore and connect with nature. The views of the surrounding countryside added a special touch to our mornings. One highlight for us was the incredible opportunity to tour the Warmblood Stud Farm. It was fascinating for the kids to learn about the over 500 horses on-site, which made for a memorable day. We took advantage of the concierge service, which arranged a visit to the nearby Mandela Capture Site. This excursion offered a fascinating insight into history that we all appreciated. In terms of dining, the six-course evening menu was a treat for the adults, and the children enjoyed breakfast choices that catered to young tastes. Hartford House certainly provided a welcoming atmosphere for our family, and we look forward to returning to create more cherished memories.
